The guy in the blue shorts is called Phosai. I have seen him fight in NZ against Choppa Chapman. He is very very dangerous with his elbows and has a really good defence. I remember he knocked Choppa down 2 or even 3 times with elbows. He is definately no push-over.

Sabai Sabai = Relax Relax, that is to me the biggest secret to real Muay Thai and when I sparr now I am thinking. Relax, be humble, be soft and feel the opponents movements and try to counter.

I’ve seen fixed fights before, some are well orchestrated but if you’ve got a good eye you can still pick them out.
But this is real. Yod doesn’t muck about and isn’t an actor. I won’t say I ‘know’ the guy but I’ve met him a few times and trained in the same camp as him- he isn’t the bs type.
But do ‘teach’ me what fixed and real fights are so I may be ‘allowed’ to post. You ought to know, what with 12yrs living there.
They also ARRANGE fights all over to generate $ for foreigners who don’t know better.
Have been to Thailand for 12yrs now and trained a little. Learn what a fixed fight is and what a real fight is before posting.
