Ripley´s World of Entertainment Pattaya
Posted by: | CommentsIf you savour the weird, the macabre and the unusual then you must have heard of Ripley’s Believe It or Not. Thailand Tourism brings to you the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum. Based on the popular television series, this unusual museum houses a wide collection of some of Mr. Ripley’s most unusual finds; some of them actual items, while others are replicas.
Located on the 3rd floor, of the famous Royal Garden Plaza on Pattaya Beach Road, this museum is a must see for tourists. Â The museum features over 10 individually themed galleries with over 300 real exhibits. Ripley’s World of Entertainment also offers a 4D Motion Master Theatre, complete with flight simulator technology.
The museum is the result of the long pursuits of the Late Mr. Robert Ripley who travelled 198 countries in search of oddities. That search continues till this date through the syndicated comic strip.
Begin your eccentric journey by observing the museum building. There is a fighter plane crashed into the side of the building containing the Ripley’s World of Entertainment. The tail sticks out into the street whilst the cockpit can be seen from inside the Royal Garden Plaza. On entering the museum you will be greeted by Robert Ripleyâ??s hologram.
